SHIPPING & EXCHANGES

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we use various shipping partners to deliver to most countries around the world.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping details and a tracking number.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order has been shipped, average delivery times are:

  • USA: 5-10 business
  • Canada: 1-3 weeks
  • International: 2-4 weeks
My order hasn’t arrived; who should I contact?

Review our average delivery times here. If your order hasn’t arrived in the time frames described, simply send us an email and we'll get to the bottom of it for you.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order up to 1 hour after it’s been placed. To change your order, simply cancel your original order and place a new one.

My order arrived damaged. Who should I contact?

We’ll gladly replace any items damaged during delivery. Simply send a photo of the damage along with your order details. Our customer service team will get in touch within 48hrs to organize a replacement.

PAYMENTS

What currency does the site use?

You can choose your currency preference by clicking the flag icons at the top of the page. All transactions are completed using US-dollar (USD), therefore the exact exchange rate is subject to change. The exchange rate us updated daily.

How does currency conversation work for orders outside the US?

All prices, including totals, are shown in US-dollars (USD). When your credit card is processed, your credit card company will convert the cost to your country’s currency at their posted conversion rate.

Do you offer gift certificates work?

We don’t currently offer gift certificates.

How do I use a promo code?

When finalizing your order, enter the promo code on the payment page prior to clicking Submit Order. The promo discount will be applied to your order’s total.

Why was my payment declined?

If your payment is declined when checking out, ensure you’ve entered your credit card details correctly, and that the card you’re using is one we accept.

We accept: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and AmericanExpress.

If your order is declined, we will send you an email notification letting you know. Most declined orders are due to a billing issue associated with the credit card, often because the billing information doesn’t match the card used.

If your order was declined, but you didn’t receive an email notification, please contact our customer service team.

ARTISTS & ARTWORK

Where is the art made?

All our pieces are custom manufactured in the USA.

Does the art come with hanging hardware?

All pieces include hanging hardware (D-rings with picture wire).

What are the framing and matting materials?

All pieces are printed on natural white, matte, archival paper mounted behind shatterproof acrylic with polar white, 4-ply matting.

How do you curate collections on the site?

Farmboy Fine Arts collections are curated by our in-house team, leveraging our nearly 20 years commercial art consulting experience.

How does Farmboy Fine Arts pay artists?

Farmboy Fine Arts pays artists a royalty based on the sale price of each piece sold.
